Registration & Appointing the LEAR

Each organization must be officially registered and have a Legal Entity Appointed Representative (LEAR). The LEAR is the contact person responsible for the organization’s legal and administrative data and interaction with EU electronic systems. This section describes the step-by-step registration and LEAR appointment process.
